So I hate the radio…on most days. I can’t stand how it’s the same artists over and over and nothing new. That’s why I love to find new artists. I have hippie friends who tell me about unknown artists they see at concerts, I read indie blogs, and I just play around on itunes. There is nothing like playing your ipod at work and your cubicle buddy catches on to some of your “odd” music…then word gets out that your “indie girl” or the “zen chic”. Ahh…yep, that’s me!
I thought it would be fun to do a kind of artist spotlight once in a while of some new artists that I come across. What’s new to me just might be new to you too…who knows, you just might like it.
